As we keep evolving to achieve our highest level of customer satisfaction, we also have seen a need to bring our overall brand image up to date. We want our brand to embody the complete culture and feel of who we are and what we do. And that is why we are proud to announce to you our newest implementation, a brand refresh for Pioneer B1!
Our new logo is our modern approach to the company and culture that we have been so dedicated to forming throughout our years in the industry. This logo defines growth and next steps in our evolving brand. We are proud to showcase this to you and are looking forward to the next chapters in the story of Pioneer B1.
We are sure that our new look may come with a few questions from all of you as well so below we have done our best to address any questions or concerns you may have. Q: Your new logo does not include the B1 that used to be a part of your logo. Has your name changed?
A: Thank you for noticing that! No, our legal name has not changed and please continue to address mail and payments to Pioneer B1. In the past, there was a lot of confusion for new customers around the B1, so when considering new logos, we decided to make things simplistic and stick with what customers normally refer to us as, “Pioneer.”
Q: Since you are dropping the B1 from your logo does that mean you are moving away from selling SAP Business One?
A: Not at all! We are still very much dedicated to SAP Business One and our customers. Our new logo is simply an image change on our part, not a platform change in any way.
Q: Does this mean anything is changing for me as a customer?
A: Nothing is changing for you as a customer. We are simply updating our look, website, and social media pages and we wanted you to be notified. Everything else regarding support and care to our customers is staying the same.
